About 1,800 jobs are to be created in South Yorkshire constructing 10 new environmentally pleasant airships.
Hybrid Air Autos (HAV), a small Bedford-based firm, introduced on Wednesday it had signed a deal to offer a Spanish airline with 10 of its 100-passenger Airlander 10 helium-filled airships.
The plane, which the corporate says may have below a tenth of the CO2 footprint per passenger of jet planes, will likely be constructed at a brand new inexperienced aerospace manufacturing cluster in South Yorkshire.
